HOT MELT PSA COATING TECHNOLOGY

Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Coating is application of PSA in liquid state to Paper ,Film and Foil .PSA available across the world is melted and coated on desired web to produce finished products in various geometric shape and size . To meet the exacting requirement of Buyers ; equipment is custom made to facilitate the process and make suitable products for consumers . Paper Carton,Shoe Materials, Cosmetics, Furniture , Book Binding , Garments , Decoration , Construction and Adhesive Tape and Labels etc etc

PROCESS

Desired Web is applied on the machine and Hot Melt Glue Cubes is put in the melter and then pumped to the Slot Orifice Die Head . Adhesive is sprayed on the web and then subject to solidification by chilling the Coated products . Material is then Slitted and Rewinded in desired width as per users requirement.
